I'm write stories about dirt, ash and the small features that make up the enamel of our teeth. Sometimes these stories are poetry and sometimes fiction, but they always have a healthy mound of nonfiction within them.

Most of the time, I am usually Royal College of Art or somewhere in East London-- likely in a gallery. But if I'm not in London, I might be in Germany, in the city of Essen. These two smoggy cities have lead my to my current project: writing a book about coal mines, tunnels' spaces and post-industrial traumas, the dirt under all of our fingernails.
